What happens when I buy online?
We accept Paypal and all credit card payments.
After you've made a payment we'll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us on 21 482 957
All orders received by noon are delivered the within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Orders from Gozo received from Monday to Thursday before noon will be delivered the withing 48 hours (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday / Tuesday.
DELIVERY FEE of €6 on all orders to Malta and Gozo under €50
IMPORTANT NOTE (CHRISTMAS PERIOD):
Orders received by the 21st of December will be delivered on the 22nd/23rd. Orders received on the 23rd and after will be delivered on the 28th of December.

Changed your mind? Kindly return the item in-store and make sure that:
- All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
- You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – the copy of your receipt from the store.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Personalised items are NOT returnable.
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.
We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
