We accept Paypal and all credit card payments.
After you've made a payment we'll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us on 21482957
All orders received by noon are delivered the within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Orders from Gozo received from Monday to Thursday before noon will be delivered within 48 hours (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday / Tuesday.
Delivery within 48 hours across Malta and Gozo is free on orders over €50. For orders under €50 delivery costs €6 per order.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Kindly return the item in-store and make sure that all packaging is intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition, and that you are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – the copy of your receipt from the store.
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.
We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
