Through a series of stunning photographs, Luminous Kindness – which also reproduces the visit’s official speeches and features the Maltese Islands’ religious landmarks – traces each step, documents every moment and conveys the heartwarming emotion that made his trip memorable.
Luminous Kindness was edited by Steve Mallia together with Ariadne Massa and designer Ramon Micallef. Ian Noel Pace, Miguela Xuereb, Rene Rossignaud, Daniel Cilia, Darrin Zammit Lupi, Andrew Formosa, Tonio Schembri, the Department of Information (DOI) and Vatican Media contributed photography.
