Design and Production Assistant

About the Role

Are you a creative person who enjoys working with computers and getting hands-on? We’re looking for a Design and Production Assistant to join our awesome team! 🎨

You don’t need to be a design pro to apply—what matters most to us is your attitude. If you’re comfortable using a PC and are eager to learn, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know, from design basics to operating our production machines.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Using a PC to prepare designs and files.
  • Operating various machines to create our range of customisable products (like mugs, cushions, t-shirts, and more!).
  • Helping with the production process to ensure high-quality results.
  • Learning new software and production techniques—we’ll train you!
  • Working with the team to get orders ready for our customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Confidence using a computer.
  • A "can-do" attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Reliability and a team-player mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with design software or production (but definitely not required).
