Is-sopop huma popolari mal-poplu Malti u huma pjuttost faċli biex tippreparahom. Insibu diversi tipi ta’ sopop bnini – tal-ħaxix, tat-tiġieġ, tal-laħam, tal-ħut u oħrajn. Ħafna minn dawn is-sopop isiru bl-istess metodu u b’hekk wieħed jista’ jvarja t-tip ta’ soppa li jagħmel. Is-soppa faċli ħafna tippreparaha minn qabel u anke tkessaħha u terfagħha biex tikkunsmaha fil-jiem ta’ wara. Huwa importanti ħafna li wara li ssir is-soppa, din tiksaħ sew qabel ma titpoġġa fil-friġġ.
Dan il-ktieb jinkludi diversi tipi ta’ soppa u brodu tradizzjonali bħal soppa tal-armla, soppa tal-ħaxix, soppa tal-kirxa, u anke oħrajn bħal minestrone, aljotta, brodu u l-bqija. Barra minn hekk, jingħata wkoll il-metodu ta’ kif isiru tipi ta’ stokk differenti, li jistgħu jintużaw bħala bażi għal sopop differenti.

All orders received by noon are delivered within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Orders from Gozo received from Monday to Thursday before noon will be delivered within 48 hours (excluding Public Holidays).

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday / Tuesday.

DELIVERY FEE of €6 on all orders to Malta and Gozo under €50

IMPORTANT NOTE (CHRISTMAS PERIOD):

Orders received by the 21st of December will be delivered on the 22nd/23rd. Orders received on the 23rd and after will be delivered on the 28th of December.
